The Redhill Way
Redhill developed a comprehensive media training programme that included an introduction to the media landscape, a detailed overview of a media interaction, explanation of techniques, insight into answering tough questions, an introduction to corporate branding and key messages, crisis communications preparation, and interview simulations with constructive feedback.
Results
We conducted media training sessions with top-level management across Southeast Asia. Notable improvements were made by participants, particularly in relation to comfort level and company messaging.
