To conduct an extensive media training session for the airline's newly assigned country manager and spokesperson.
The Redhill Way
During the full-day session, Redhill shared insightful local media trends and highlighted the do's and don'ts of media interactions in the kingdom. We also invited a key journalist to conduct a mock interview and ran through a series of questions on current scenarios for the airline. The entire session was then summarized in a constructive feedback document that also included hints on improving gestures, posture, tone, and eye contact.
After completion of the session, we observed the country manager in a real-time interview with a journalist. His performance was greatly improved. He was relaxed and confident while delivering the airline's key messages to the journalist.
