The Redhill Way
Redhill first conducted in-depth research to determine what the company needed most to achieve its goal of supporting entrepreneurs around the globe. We then developed a strategy that emphasized the most important stakeholders: founders, mentors, and donors. The strategy focused on the following core pillars: content marketing, PR, social media, SEO, corporate identity, and employee workshops. For internal communication, we developed a process to make the collaboration between the company's global teams more effective.
Implementation of the strategy is currently underway. Two successful workshops have been held, the company’s new corporate identity has been delivered, and both the company and founder are getting good engagement from their social media posts. Media coverage has been secured in ZDF, Deutsche Welle, and Personalmagazin, among others.
