The Redhill Way

Redhill developed a communications strategy that sought to leverage the company's expertise with both mainstream and trade media. The first step was to standardize the company's key messages and lay out a PR calendar. We then built a plan that focused specifically on one-on-one interactions between the company CEO and publications. We also looked to authored articles with relevant dailies to build the CEO's thought leadership profile. Finally, we established a proactive crisis communications plan to prepare the company for any eventuality.
