Nushan is a Project Coordinator based in Sri Lanka. He is responsible for agile product management which involves creating road maps, managing product backlogs, writing product specifications and breaking down complex requirements into user stories to streamline agile development.

He’s a jack-of-all-trades, striving to be a master of many. He is a an avid reader, tech enthusiast and a passionate public speaker, compère, debater, model UN’er and toastmaster who enjoys a hearty debate and fruitful discussion.

Nushan is currently reading for a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Westminster UK.

Faiz is a Senior Graphic Designer based in Malaysia. He is responsible for brand design, digital design and illustration. As a creatively driven person, he takes utmost pleasure in working on hands-on projects as well as digital projects.

Faiz is an avid runner, who has competed in half- and full distance marathons.

Faiz holds a Bachelor in Advertising Design from Multimedia University Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Victoria is an Account Manager based in Germany. She is responsible for content creation, and interacts directly with clients regarding their PR and communications strategies for the US and European markets.

A keen traveller, Victoria has circumnavigated Australia in a van, hiked through gorges and skied down mountains. She is also an avid reader, enjoys playing the cello and singing in choirs.

Victoria holds a Bachelor’s in Music and a Master’s in American Studies from the University of Nottingham.

Minnie is an Account Manager based in Bangkok. She is bi-lingual (Thai/English) and performs effective media outreach across a variety of accounts in lifestyle, fashion, tech, healthcare, and F&B.

A Communication Arts major, she understands how to listen, interpret, and send an accurate message from the brand to the target audience through the use of the right channels from mainstream publications to influencers.

Event production and management are her forte, with social media community management second nature.

Kent is the Head of Technology at REDHILL. With his profound understanding of technology, blockchain and cryptocurrencies, he is an important asset for REDHILL’s crypto and tech clients.

Prior to joining REDHILL, Kent spent more than 7 years as the Chief Technology Officer of GoldenPay Azerbaijan. Before that, he spent time working in Egypt, India, and Mongolia in various capacities. He has since written travel thriller novels set in Mongolia and India.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary, Canada.

Cindy is a Graphic Designer, based in Berlin. A design professional with multiple years of experience, she creates artwork and marketing collateral for clients.

Living abroad in Australia for over 5 years has significantly affected Cindy’s cultural understanding, and her love for whales. Not only has she seen over 20 humpback whales, but since moving back to Europe she has made it her goal to follow their trail and become one of them, maybe. Moreover, her culinary skills have improved greatly, which is welcomed by all those suffering the years before.

Cindy holds a Bachelor in communications design from the Institute of Design Berlin.

Lucas is a Senior Account Manager, based in Germany. He is responsible for project management and advising clients on communications strategy and implementation in Europe and beyond.

A self-taught filmmaker, he creates adventure travel documentaries that share tales from his journeys into the wilderness. His footage has been featured by a variety of media outlets, including Forbes, 100% Pure New Zealand, and Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen. He can be found on YouTube at www.youtube.com/lucastjahn.

Lucas holds a Master in Applied Media Research from Technical University Dresden, Germany.
